CNN Tea Party debate, one of the most memorable exchanges occurred between frontrunners Rick Perry and Michele Bachmann over the HPV vaccine Perry mandated in Texas.
While the other candidates did their fair share of attacking Perry, Bachmann insisted that Perry's mandate, which called for girls aged 11 and 12 to get the vaccine to prevent an STD that causes cancer, is morally "flat out wrong" and said she was told it causes mental retardation.
"Bachmann is always strongly pro-choice," Colbert concluded. "As long as that choice is cervical cancer."
