Beyonce has decided to let her hair down and release her latest music video aptly titled, "Party," earlier tonight. And despite the absence of the track's two guest stars, Kanye West & Andre 3000, the multi-platinum singer included cameos featuring her younger sibling Solange, Kelly Rowland, and Roc Nation artist J. Cole.
