Casey Anthony Video Diary Oct 13 2011. Cheney Mason, Casey's lawyer, has released a statement that Casey did not upload this video to youtube and she never released it publicly and has no idea how anyone got a hold of it.
"Casey has maintained notes and memoirs for her personal counseling," Anthony attorney Cheney Mason told CNN on Thursday. "She did not upload or release this to YouTube. She doesn't know how the video got on YouTube. She did not authorize it, and therefore it had to be obtained illegally."
The 25-year-old has been in hiding in Florida since she was acquitted in July of killing her own daughter and there have been scarce sightings of her since then.
Her parents, who have strongly defended her, expressed concern that the new video could 'endanger their daughter', who was the target of public anger during and after her trial.
