Edinburgh Zoo genetic experts have been able to crack the mystery from one of those specimens named Yeti Finger.
It was untouched since the last 50 years. But now, it has got revealed that it is none but a part of oversized human hand. Its DNA size revealed its identity but its parent range is yet to be known.
A DNA sample has finally revealed the true origins of the yeti fingers.The finger is held in the Royal College of Surgeon's Museum in London.They allowed a DNA sample to be analysed by genetic experts at Edinburgh Zoo.
